What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing workflows to design and implement scalable operating models and governance processes.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose root causes, identify trends, and support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Business Development teams.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into business performance.
• Drive project accountability, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic workstreams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in process design, including documenting SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Background in fintech, cryptocurrency, or regulated financial services is highly desirable.
