Location: Must reside in Sydney or Melbourne and be able to work 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations of client accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage campaign project timelines, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Moderate client meetings, prepare status reports, and document next steps.
• Foster positive relationships with client stakeholders and internal departments.
• Contribute to brainstorms, research, and the identification of new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.

Requirements

• Agency experience, ideally with a focus on social media or influencer marketing.
• Proven experience in account management or project management.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must reside in Sydney or Melbourne to fulfill the 3-day in-office requirement.
