What you will do
- Provide day-to-day leadership for client projects, managing commercial processes and ensuring successful engagement delivery.
- Lead complex programs by leveraging firm best practices and technical competence to meet agreed-upon goals.
- Guide and influence clients as a trusted advisor while identifying new business development opportunities.
- Oversee joint teams in developing hypotheses, conducting analytics, and synthesizing insights into actionable deliverables.
- Support Partners in project execution, including work planning, workflow management, and coaching junior team members.
- Act as a role model for firm values, building a strong personal brand and developing followership within the organization.
Requirements
- Must have appropriate approval to work in Australia.
- 4+ years of experience in strategy and management consulting, specifically in business transformation design and delivery.
- Strong background in professional services at a top-tier firm.
- Industry experience in Energy & Resources, particularly Mining & Metals or Power, Utilities & Renewables.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including internationally.
