Location: Join either the Sydney or Melbourne office; hybrid work with onsite/client presence at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Break down complex client problems into discrete workstreams and direct focus for junior consultants.
  • Plan and execute analyses, identify core issues, and synthesize findings into recommendations.
  • Work side by side with clients and project team members to move engagements forward.
  • Manage small teams to deliver consulting work and drive outcomes.
  • Provide unique subject-matter insight to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of relevant Financial Services experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a strategy/in-house consulting function.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills to conduct sophisticated analyses and present recommendations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to take initiative, learn new skills, and apply them effectively.
