What you will do

• Lead and develop the optimization team to achieve department goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory targets, including safety stock and ordering quantities, across the supply chain and retail stores.
• Develop and implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and KPIs to support business operations.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, and IT teams.
• Act as a technical point of escalation and strategic advisor for inventory management initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Analytics, Inventory, Supply Chain, or Retail Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing high-performance teams.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in inventory strategy optimization (safety stock, ordering parameters).
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and statistical modeling techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and modeling software.
