TL;DR

Director Supply Chain (Ecommerce): Managing end-to-end demand and supply planning across multiple warehouses and sales channels with an accent on forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization. Location: Hybrid: must be willing to work at least three days per week from the Sevenum office (Netherlands)

Salary: €120,000–€140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory and product availability across all markets.
  • Improve inventory performance by reducing out-of-stock risks and optimizing stock rotation.
  • Implement data-driven forecasting processes to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity and mitigate operational risks.
  • Lead and develop a team consisting of 5 direct and approximately 35 indirect reports.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Logistics, and Pharma Operations to align demand and supply priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in demand/supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment in a supply chain environment.
  • Experience managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations.
  • Experience working within an e-commerce environment.
  • Willingness to work from the Sevenum office at least three days per week.
