Location: Hybrid (Mexico City): 4 days in office, 1 day remote

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market restaurant accounts as their primary commercial partner.
  • Drive regional revenue growth by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for new product features and modules.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to analyze performance and ensure platform ROI.
  • Develop proactive retention strategies to identify accounts at risk of churn and handle contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Implementation teams to ensure smooth post-onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain data-driven precision in HubSpot CRM for accurate pipeline forecasting and communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion and retention targets.
  • Experience managing mid-market relationships, preferably within food tech or POS systems.
  • Technical proficiency in restaurant digital ordering, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
