Location: Remote (NOAM - North America)
Salary: $47,000 base + commission up to £17,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, driving retention, renewals, and account growth.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders as the primary post-implementation contact.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals, product adoption, and account health.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities that maximize customer value.
- Develop and execute retention strategies for at-risk accounts to minimize churn.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships that drive retention and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in consultative selling and helping customers solve business challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in North America (NOAM).
Nice to have
- Experience working within SaaS or other technology environments.
- Experience within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Experience using CRM platforms or customer success tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and account planning.
