Location: Remote (NOAM - North America)

Salary: $47,000 base + commission up to £17,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, driving retention, renewals, and account growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders as the primary post-implementation contact.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals, product adoption, and account health.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities that maximize customer value.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies for at-risk accounts to minimize churn.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships that drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and helping customers solve business challenges.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in North America (NOAM).

Nice to have

  • Experience working within SaaS or other technology environments.
  • Experience within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Experience using CRM platforms or customer success tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and account planning.
