What you will do

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop a 12–24-month strategic innovation roadmap.
• Drive commercialization and go-to-market success by working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing.
• Conduct market analysis and client interviews to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation sessions to explore data- and technology-driven approaches for integrated health solutions.
• Develop compelling narratives and enablement tools to support sales teams in client engagements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic deliverables and iterate based on market feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, insights, product marketing, or healthcare consulting.
• 5+ years of direct behavioral health experience.
• Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including payer/provider ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and facilitate innovation workshops.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in the United States and capable of effective virtual collaboration.

• MBA or advanced degree in business, public health, or a related field.
