Salary: C$37,960 – C$50,200 per year.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and deliveries at the reception area.
• Enforce studio security standards, including badge management and visitor check-in procedures.
• Coordinate studio amenity spaces, parking registration, and desk booking software.
• Manage office supplies, first aid room inventory, and courier/shipping requests.
• Support studio event planning, budgeting, and social committee leadership.
• Assist with studio screenings, IT pickups, and general administrative projects as directed.

Requirements

• Must be a B.C. resident with the right to work in Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, executive assistance, or reception role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
