What you will do

• Manage the receipt and triage process for new TSA and EECA referrals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to expedite participant consent forms and consults.
• Assign referrals to appropriate team members to optimize resource utilization and balance caseloads.
• Maintain accurate tracking of referral assignments and follow-ups in case management software.
• Support operational efficiency by handling administrative tasks like mailing and faxing consults.
• Participate in working groups and projects to support continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong digital literacy including MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to obtain Federal Level Security Clearance Reliability Status.
