What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, candidates, and employees to ensure a seamless and welcoming office experience.
- Manage daily office operations, including vendor coordination for cleaning, maintenance, and supplies restocking.
- Coordinate office lunch programs and partner with the Community team to support onsite events and engagement initiatives.
- Support IT and People Ops with onboarding and offboarding, specifically handling workstation setup and equipment coordination.
- Oversee mail and package distribution and maintain high standards for common areas and conference rooms.
- Administer the Workplace team's global meeting agendas and track employee milestones.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
- 2-4 years of related work experience in office coordination or administration.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Adobe Cloud, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain specialized training such as Heights (ladder safety) or Lean Six Sigma.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and flexibility to support business needs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
