Account Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in the United States. Position reports to Denton, TX, with 25% domestic travel required. No visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

What you will do

• Conduct preventive maintenance and system reinstatements according to global standards.
• Execute installation and commissioning of complete food processing and packaging systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Provide on-site and off-site training for customer and internal personnel.
• Maintain accurate service reporting and issue resolution databases.
• Promote positive customer relationships and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automation, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical) with 5 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodology.
• Experience with low and high voltage electrical equipment (24-600V) and control systems.
• Expertise in Allen Bradley or similar industrial automation platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
