What you will do

• Own manufacturing development for critical factory modules, subsystems, and processes.
• Translate complex machine technology from proof of concept to repeatable, reliable, and scalable manufacturing execution.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to improve machine reliability, uptime, and quality.
• Develop and continuously improve work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Partner with design, automation, software, and quality teams to drive DFM, DFA, and cycle time improvements.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to raise standards for technical rigor and documentation quality.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff) of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in technical troubleshooting, RCCA, and high-quality technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex technical areas.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital equipment or low-volume production.
• Experience with PLM, MES, configuration management, and change control.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, calibration tools, or test equipment.
