What you will do

• Perform intermediate-level troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system failures.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates within manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct precision mechanical alignments for conveyors, pick-and-place systems, and robotics.
• Perform equipment calibrations to maintain accuracy and compliance with quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Process Engineers to implement equipment upgrades and efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history using CMMS.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related manufacturing technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (motors, sensors, PLC basics), mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to perform independent troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex equipment.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment, including potential off-shifts and weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Familiarity with SMT, robotics, or automated assembly equipment.
• Experience supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
