What you will do

• Manage and grow business relationships with assigned pharmacy and perfumery accounts.
• Deliver on designated sales plans, KPIs, and budgets to maximize profitability.
• Implement trade marketing policies, planograms, and merchandising guidelines.
• Analyze sales performance and promotional effectiveness to develop account strategies.
• Provide in-store sales support, product training, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate store installations, new launches, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in an Account Management role, preferably in luxury or mass cosmetics/fragrance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work flexible hours in line with retail industry needs.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales or marketing are highly regarded.
