What you will do

  • Manage and grow sales, market share, and profitability across Northern NSW.
  • Develop and execute territory and key account plans to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with rural distribution groups, retail outlets, consultants, and key growers.
  • Drive demand for crop protection solutions through proactive sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, field days, and customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, ideally within the agricultural sector.
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales and implementing commercial plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Agsafe Accreditation.
  • Experience within crop protection, agronomy, ag retail, or broader agribusiness sectors.
