Solution Consultant (Observability)

What you will do

• Design and execute technical enablement plans, workshops, and coaching sessions for partners.
• Act as an observability architect for high-value partner-led opportunities, including demonstrations and Proofs of Value.
• Orchestrate collaboration between internal teams and partners to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Oversee partner-led project delivery, ensuring adherence to implementation playbooks and quality standards.
• Maintain project-level discipline, tracking risks, resource utilization, and project health.
• Channel partner feedback to internal Product and Practice teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering.
• Deep technical knowledge of Observability concepts including APM, Infrastructure, and Log Management.
• Strong consultative influence with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
• Understanding of partner ecosystems including SIs, MSPs, and Resellers.
• Proven project management discipline with a focus on milestone tracking and measurable outcomes.
• Must have existing work authorization for Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
