What you will do

• Qualify prospective customers through phone, video conferencing, email, and chat.
• Provide pre-sales support and recommend preliminary solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
• Generate budgetary pricing and prepare quotations to advance sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Manage existing customer relationships, handling escalations and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Account Management.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex product portfolios.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Unified Communications (UC) or Telecommunications industry.
• Successful track record in commission-based sales.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
