What you will do

  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects via dials and emails
  • Communicate value proposition to decision makers and qualify them for sales opportunities
  • Deliver against quotas for qualified leads
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Contribute to optimizing sales development approaches and processes
  • Use Salesforce for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, training, and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive phone presence, fluid, confident pitching, and ability to think on feet
  • Grit, persistence, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and good listening
  • Self-accountability, determination to exceed weekly goals
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, learn quickly, and apply feedback

Nice to have

  • Prior SDR experience
