Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)
Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 per month (Net) + Competitive Commissions

What you will do
- Research and qualify potential U.S. clients using LinkedIn and other online tools.
- Execute outbound call and email campaigns to schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Manage client data, meeting notes, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM.
- Coordinate hand-offs of qualified leads to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or cold calling, ideally in outsourcing or staffing.
- Proven track record of booking meetings with U.S.-based clients.
- Excellent English fluency and deep understanding of U.S. business culture.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Must be based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Experience in renewable energy, real estate, or professional services.
- Background working with remote or distributed teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads simultaneously.
