What you will do

• Design and drive a three-year blueprint for an AI & Data Center of Excellence that scales with business demand.
• Build and optimize organization-wide data and analytics capabilities to deliver actionable insights.
• Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visuals, exploring AI/ML integrations where feasible.
• Identify and pilot innovative AI initiatives (e.g., GenAI-driven insights and automated voice-to-text workflows) to strengthen decision-making.
• Stay hands-on with the tech stack (SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, NetSuite) while shaping future data architecture.
• Provide strategic guidance to the CTO and executive leadership and validate impact before expanding the team.

Requirements

• Location: Presence in the United States is required; Miami is a preferred base.
• Proven track record delivering BI/Analytics transformations in high-growth, founder-led, or VC-backed environments.
• Experience partnering with CTOs or CIOs to drive data-centric decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, and ERP integration (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights; experience leading and mentoring teams.
