What you will do

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit (Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships).
• Define key business problems and translate them into clear hypotheses before performing analysis.
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights that move key metrics.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts.
• Drive outcomes by seeing strategic decisions through to execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment bank, or high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex findings persuasively to leadership.
