What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end data pipeline operations from source acquisition to curated datasets.
• Steward the data platform using Databricks, dbt, SQL, Python, and NetSuite.
• Drive data quality, lineage, validation, and cataloging to maintain asset trust.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Assess and adopt innovative data technologies and AI-assisted tooling.
• Enable self-serve analytics and efficient data access for BI and AI models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, dbt, SQL, Python, and NetSuite.
• Strong background in data modeling and pipeline design.
• Proven track record building platforms for BI, analytics, and AI workloads.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
