What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and align analytics deliverables with organizational goals.
• Perform exploratory data analysis using SAS, Databricks, and Python to identify trends and patterns.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track performance.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity by partnering with technical teams to resolve quality issues.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights through concise data storytelling and presentations.
• Support experimentation and testing, including A/B and multivariate tests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with SAS, Python, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and large-scale data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily workflows.
• Knowledge of prompting techniques and familiarity with GenAI capabilities.
