What you will do

• Build reusable data models and transformation layers that serve as the source of truth for the Video product team.
• Establish a scalable experimentation framework to enable consistent and efficient A/B testing.
• Develop and own production-ready data products, including APIs and dashboards, to power customer-facing experiences.
• Ensure accurate product instrumentation through event tracking and data contracts.
• Create predictive and causal models to improve forecasting, retention, and product strategy.
• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape and ship features.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with experience in complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning on cloud warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in data modeling and building reusable transformation layers using tools like dbt or SQLMesh.
• Production-grade Python skills for modeling, orchestration, and statistical analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining data products such as APIs, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable metrics and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and AI-augmented development tools.
