What you will do

• Drive execution of cross-functional technical programs from planning through launch and post-launch measurement.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to manage scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Create scalable program mechanisms such as dashboards, scorecards, and launch checklists.
• Translate technical concepts, trade-offs, and delivery risks for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use data and metrics to track progress, identify risks, and inform decision-making.
• Improve coordination and strengthen execution across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Product Operations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.
• Strong functional understanding of software platforms and ability to communicate technical trade-offs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive updates and decision documents.
• Highly organized with a track record of creating repeatable operating mechanisms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience working on platform teams in AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation.
• Experience creating analytics-rich program artifacts like adoption dashboards and roadmap health reports.
