What you will do

• Lead large-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and operational integration.
• Partner with business leaders to map workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities tied to business outcomes.
• Design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agentic systems across enterprise functions.
• Define program goals, success metrics, and KPI frameworks for adoption, ROI, and operational efficiency.
• Drive user adoption and organizational change management to embed AI solutions into day-to-day operations.
• Support business development efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and executive advisory.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or enterprise technology transformation.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional enterprise delivery programs.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents, automation workflows, or copilots in partnership with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
• Based in San Francisco and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• PMP, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or Tableau.
• Experience within the fintech or financial services sectors.
