What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for the hirify.global platform during the sales cycle.
  • Lead end-to-end technical sales engagements including discovery, solution validation, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical advisory and product expertise.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into simple, actionable solutions for prospective enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute demo strategies that effectively convert prospects into customers.
  • Act as a regional expert on market-specific regulations, compliance, and jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting within API or SaaS-first companies.
  • Must be proficient in Korean to support regional market needs.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
  • English proficiency (C1+) is essential for communication and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and C-level executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Broker-Dealer or FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of closing Enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with FIX protocol, Metabase, and OpenAPI documentation.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or Series 7 certification.
