Sales Engineer (Fraud & Compliance)

Location: Remote MENA, with preference for Dubai; up to 50% travel required

Compensation: AED 340,000–475,000 per year, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Support Account Executives in identifying prospects’ fraud and compliance needs.
• Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Work with Security teams to explain Sardine’s security posture and complete security reviews.
• Complete RFPs and create solution designs addressing prospect requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify, prioritize, and design platform improvements.
• Improve Sales Engineering processes and contribute insights from the field to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in risk, fraud, or compliance is required.
• Experience with APIs, strong knowledge of JSON, and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn technical problems into proposed solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment with global clients.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of web development principles.
• Ability to build internal tools using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
