API SM Sourcing Manager (MedTech)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America; onsite/hybrid role with up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $102,000–$177,100 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sourcing strategies for active pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Lead or coordinate medium to large procurement projects aligned with supply chain strategy and business milestones.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, selection, due diligence, onboarding, and performance improvement.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee contract renewals and amendments with Legal.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, Legal, and External Manufacturing on product launches and operational readiness.
• Drive cost avoidance, cash-flow improvements, forecasting, supplier innovation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement or category management experience.
• Strong experience in negotiations, sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract delivery.
• Strong analytical, presentation, business partnering, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools, with familiarity with digital and AI procurement tools.
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America.
