Senior Director of Procurement

What you will do

• Develop and standardize centralized procurement policies and processes.
• Implement and optimize procurement software with actionable reporting for leadership.
• Lead annual budget planning in partnership with FP&A.
• Establish spend, vendor, and budget visibility with department heads.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal on regulatory requirements, vendor contracts, risk mitigation, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, including leadership experience.
• Experience scaling centralized procurement operations in high-growth or multi-location environments and publicly traded companies.
• Knowledge of procurement software and spend management systems.
• Experience driving cost savings, process improvements, supplier performance, vendor negotiations, and contract review.
• Strong communication, project management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
