What you will do

• Lead competitive sourcing and negotiation processes for direct/indirect supplies, services, and equipment, including cost-benefit analysis and selecting favorable quotes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with senior management, managing RFI/RFP/RFQ lifecycles and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Manage supplier and GPO relationships, including contract development with legal, supplier performance monitoring, and business reviews.
• Drive system compliance through national/custom group purchasing and hirify.global system agreements, supporting standardization and process change.
• Partner with Finance to validate forecasted savings and track supplier performance using scorecards.
• Apply contract law knowledge to review, redline, and draft contract language in close collaboration with internal legal counsel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant supply chain work experience (or equivalent education and experience) plus knowledge of strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills to run multiple complex analyses (e.g., TCO, EVC, NPV) and translate results into recommendations.
• Working knowledge of Lean and technical problem-solving concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of contract law and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, with ability to work with legal counsel.
• Must be able to travel to hirify.global sites (20%) as needed.
