Senior Sourcing Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid work, three days per week in the office, with office locations in Irving, TX; Chicago, IL; or Centennial, CO. Travel is required.

Estimated salary range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex contract negotiations and structure solutions aligned with client needs.
• Partner with Legal to draft, redline, and validate contract language.
• Manage sourcing initiatives from opportunity assessment and RFP design through supplier selection and implementation.
• Develop strategies using spend analysis, market trends, benchmarking, and supplier dynamics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and oversee amendments, renewals, compliance, and supplier performance.
• Present sourcing strategies, negotiation updates, risks, and recommendations to clients and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in clinical, healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, or medical products and devices.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives with strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills for supplier, client, and stakeholder discussions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Relevant degree preferred, including business, supply chain, legal studies, or healthcare administration.
