Category Manager - Facilities

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday; Friday work location is flexible. Travel of 10–15% is required.

Annual base salary: $75,700.00–$135,834.99.

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for the Facilities category.
• Build and implement multi-year category strategies focused on preferred-supplier adoption.
• Develop internal stakeholder relationships and align business needs with the supply base.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships through formal Supplier Relationship Management processes.
• Lead sourcing activities and contract development and negotiation across the contract lifecycle.
• Partner with regional and global procurement teams to deliver productivity and cost avoidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience with large-scale, complex, regional, or global spend categories.
• Experience assessing, negotiating with, and managing vendors.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, consultation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in Davidson, North Carolina, with 10–15% travel.
