Sr. Manager, Project Planning (Supply Chain Robotics)

Location: USA remote with up to 30% travel to client locations and company headquarters

Base salary: $135,000–$185,900 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead, guide, and develop a team of Project Planners.
• Oversee material availability across multiple customer-specific automation projects.
• Escalate complex material shortages and coordinate Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, and supplier stakeholders.
• Develop project tracking tools, KPIs, performance reporting, and mitigation strategies for executive stakeholders.
• Identify and manage supply risks across concurrent, large-scale deployment programs.
• Implement scalable planning processes that improve operational excellence, standardization, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, project planning, or material management, including 3 or more years in leadership or people management.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing supply risks across complex, capital-intensive projects.
• Strong cross-functional influence, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, modeling, and Macros/VBA, plus proficiency in SAP and other ERP tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification.
