Location: Must be based in Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Support collaboration services including change management and disaster recovery.
• Implement AudioCodes SBC in Azure Cloud and troubleshoot Cisco endpoints.
• Manage Microsoft Teams calling, MTR, and PSTN connectivity.
• Assist with Webex Control Hub onboarding and offboarding.
• Mentor and support other team members and advisors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Macquarie Park, NSW.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams Calling and Microsoft Teams Room (MTR).
• Proficiency in AudioCodes SBC, voice gateways, and protocols (SIP, H323, MGCP).
• Experience with Webex Control Hub and Cisco endpoint troubleshooting.
• Microsoft MS Teams Certification.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 licensing and administration.

Nice to have

• Cisco Collaboration Certification.
• Oracle ACME SBC administration experience.
• Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Suite and Jabber phone configuration.
