What you will do

• Manage incidents, service requests, alerts, and standard changes across various customer environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network, wireless, firewall, and security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to networking, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and SD-WAN.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Senior Network Engineers on major incidents and project delivery.
• Contribute to operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Support, Managed Services (MSP), or Enterprise Network Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Fortinet Security Fabric (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, EMS, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP).
• Experience supporting Aruba, Cisco, and Meraki wireless platforms.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, VPN technologies, and routing/switching concepts.
• Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Cyber Security.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: Fortinet FCA/FCP, Cisco CCNA, or Aruba ACMA.
• Exposure to BGP, FortiSASE, Azure networking, Windows Server, or Linux administration.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and proactive monitoring/observability tools.
• Awareness of AI-assisted operational tools and emerging networking technologies.
