What you will do

  • Manage level 1 and level 2 service desk requests, ensuring efficient logging and resolution.
  • Provide technical support to staff globally via in-person, email, and remote channels.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management for IT systems.
  • Maintain core business systems to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team on system maintenance and patching.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of key technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary level IT/computing qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in a support role.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft O365, Intune, and MacOS.
  • Demonstrable experience with ITSM tools like FreshService or JIRA Service Desk.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and incident management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification.
  • Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Okta).
  • Certification in an industry-standard ITSM tool.
