What you will do
- Manage level 1 and level 2 service desk requests, ensuring efficient logging and resolution.
- Provide technical support to staff globally via in-person, email, and remote channels.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management for IT systems.
- Maintain core business systems to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with the IT Operations team on system maintenance and patching.
- Participate in the planning and execution of key technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary level IT/computing qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in a support role.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft O365, Intune, and MacOS.
- Demonstrable experience with ITSM tools like FreshService or JIRA Service Desk.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and incident management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification.
- Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Okta).
- Certification in an industry-standard ITSM tool.
