TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with HubSpot sales and services teams to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations independently to uncover client requirements.
  • Translate complex business goals into accurate Statements of Work (SOW) for delivery teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification through negotiation and contract signature.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to the delivery team, including briefing on client goals and culture.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track deal progress with precision.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas in B2B services, SaaS, or martech environments.
  • Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot CRM; certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to run technical discovery and scoping sessions solo without relying on delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills with high emotional IQ and integrity.

Nice to have

  • Former HubSpot employee or deep familiarity with HubSpot internal processes.
  • Existing network within HubSpot sales, CS, or services organizations.
  • Experience selling in tech-forward verticals like fintech or edtech.
  • Familiarity with adjacent technologies such as data warehouses, CDPs, or other CRM/CMS platforms.
