Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivables.
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee and review the work of the Manila-based Finance & Accounting Specialist.
• Partner with the CEO to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks.
• Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with PST alignment.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience reviewing or overseeing the work of others in a finance context.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
