Salary: $90,000 - $107,000 annually

What you will do
- Design and oversee financial systems, protocols, policies, and internal audit functions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, 1099 filings, and cash flow.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasts for various organizational divisions and projects.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reconciliations.
- Coordinate external and internal audits while ensuring strict GAAP compliance.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics to provide reporting to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an AACSB Accredited institution.
- Strong/Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) — will be tested.
- Advanced Journal Entry skills (Debits/Credits) — will be tested.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree in Accounting.
- Experience working with Nonprofit Organizations.
- Experience with ERP Systems and Advanced GL Software.
