Salary: $90,000 - $143,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide financial support and thought leadership to sales and product leaders to drive profitable growth.
• Oversee gross-to-net calculations and ensure accuracy within GAAP standards.
• Manage the annual budget, strategic planning, and monthly P&L forecasting processes.
• Develop and drive sales forecasting in partnership with the sales team.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations to explain variances and define corrective action plans.
• Own new product financials from inception through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, data management, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable initiatives.
• Experience with P&L management, financial modeling, and investment evaluation.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
