What you will do

• Own and manage commercial relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Drive customer activation, adoption, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning.
• Structure pilots, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, creative, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product development based on customer insights.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts, Customer Success, or GTM Strategy.
• Proven track record of navigating complex enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Consultative approach with exceptional discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience at a product-led growth (PLG), usage-based, or AI-native company.
• Familiarity with creative technology, generative AI, media, or enterprise marketing workflows.
