What you will do

  • Architect and execute robust change management strategies to land new sales motions and messaging standards across a global field force.
  • Build the GTM infrastructure necessary to support rapid expansion and ensure onboarding velocity keeps pace with growth.
  • Codify enterprise qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) into discovery templates and deal-review scripts.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate sales plays into internal AI tools for "snackable," just-in-time learning.
  • Oversee global field enablement resources to ensure frameworks are contextualized for local markets and specialized sectors.
  • Establish data-driven coaching workflows to empower frontline managers as elite coaching experts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling enablement or GTM strategy functions in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated expertise in guiding large field organizations through complex change management and product portfolio expansions.
  • Extensive experience leading distributed global teams across central, regional, and partner-facing functions.
  • Deep practical expertise scaling enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship.
