Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base + uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Own and close complex enterprise deals from discovery to final contract.
• Conduct live, deep-dive technical product demonstrations for skeptical buyers.
• Build and refine a self-generated sales pipeline and replicable playbook.
• Design and iterate on sales methodologies using data-driven tracking.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies for the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Midtown, New York 3x per week.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explore and demo software live.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process efficiency.
• Commercial exposure and comfort in high-stakes client-facing environments.
• Hunger for ownership and willingness to trade base salary for equity and uncapped upside.
