What you will do
- Manage regional sales organization, distributor and dealer relationships, and regional sales teams.
- Monitor distributor stock levels, ensure stock accuracy, and support month-end closing and reporting.
- Track regional and distributor sales targets, prepare action plans, and implement Turkey sales strategies.
- Manage major regional customers and ensure collection of sold products according to company maturity policies.
- Manage distributor and distributor sales-team performance, including training and coaching.
- Provide three-month regional sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager each month.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related subject.
- At least 8 years of continuous experience in traditional customer and distributor management within multinational organizations.
- Strong analytical ability to improve sales efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
