TL;DR

Business Development Executive (HR): Driving the expansion of Total Rewards Products and Services by acquiring and developing new mid-market clients with an accent on prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management. Focus on collaborating with sales professionals to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions and closing complex deals within a designated territory.

Location: Must be based in Philadelphia, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Prospect and generate new client leads through targeted email campaigns, phone outreach, and in-person visits.
  • Manage and develop self-generated sales opportunities alongside leads provided by internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Professionals to educate clients on a broad range of workforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize lifetime revenue and ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in proposal development, negotiation processes, and closing deals for Total Rewards products.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards or HR solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to prospect and close sales independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience working in a mid-market client segment.
  • Familiarity with comprehensive workforce solutions beyond Total Rewards.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and nurturing sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
