What you will do

• Generate and qualify warm leads through a methodical sales process to drive profitable growth.
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities and present value propositions using a consultative approach.
• Manage and document all prospecting activities and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to hand off qualified leads and contribute to forecasting activities.
• Stay current on the Research & Learning product portfolio and industry trends to overcome objections.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Coppell, TX.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Strong proficiency in persuasive selling techniques and objection handling.
• Ability to participate in onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.
