What you will do

• Develop comprehensive prospecting plans and methodologies to convert prospects into Private Client customers.
• Network with centers of influence to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver the company's value proposition and align agency resources to client needs.
• Leverage referrals and targeted introductions from existing business relationships.
• Act as the primary relationship steward and lead strategist for a growing book of business.

Requirements

• Current and Active 2-20 Florida insurance license.
• Prior B2B sales experience with strong consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a specialization in Risk Management highly preferred.
• Ability to engage and present effectively to C-Suite executives.
• Proven track record in new client development and retention.
